Sometimes you need to change your Moving Help Marketplace reservation to add more hours, change the date, add a piano, or to pick a different Moving Help Provider. Instead of emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to change it, here is a step by step guide to modifying your reservation on MovingHelp.com.
1. Go to MovingHelp.com and click on “Customer Account”
2. Click on “Create a new one” to sign up for the Moving Help account.
3. Enter the email address you used to originally reserve your Moving Helper and enter a password, your name, and phone number.
4. After logging in, you will be able to see your current jobs and order history. Click “edit” to change any part of your reservation.
5. Make the changes to your reservation using the drop down menus.
6. Click on “Save Changes”.
7. You’re done! Yay! Celebrate the fact that you didn’t even need to pick up your phone.
